Do I need to be deposit ready when booking an appointment?

Yes! Booking online or in person you need a deposit.

 

Do you only take cash?

I accept cash, debit, credit, zelle.

 

Are deposits refundable?

No.

 

Can I be late?

You have 15 minutes after your appointment starts before I no longer can take you. Deposit will not be refunded.

 

Hair

 

How often should I get my haircolor touched up?

You can get your hair color touched up 6-8 weeks. Some clients prefer every 4 weeks.

 

How often should I get my blonde touched up?

You can get your blonde touched up 6-8 weeks

 

How often should I get my balayage touchup?

These touch ups can be done 3-12 months later

 

How do I make my haircolor/blonde last?

Proper haircare at home including shampoo and conditioner

Avoiding heat tools (flat irons, curlers and hairdryer)

Keep your follow up appointments to make sure your color stays fresh

 

Do you have shampoo and conditioner for sale?

Yes, I have samepoo, conditioners, and other haircare products for sale in shop.

 

How often should I use purple shampoo?

Once a week would be a great start.

 

Do you know how to cover grey hair?

Yes, grey coverage requires a different formulation than regular hair color does. I am able to provide and deliver desired results. (After a consultation)

 

How often should I get a haircut?

I recommend getting a haircut every 2 months.

 

Weddings

 

How soon should I book a trial? 

Hair trial should be booked 2-3 months before your date. If you want to be on the safe side book 3-4 months.

 

How soon should I book my wedding date?

Im booking 1.5-2 years ahead so make sure you secure your special date.

 

Do you have wedding packages?

Yes I do offer wedding packages.

 

Do you travel to location?

Yes I do travel to location all over the world. Travel fees will apply.

Can you accommodate large wedding parties?

Yes my team can accommodate large wedding parties that require hair and makeup application.

Should my hair be wash and dried before my hair trial appointment?

Yes! This would be great.

 

Do I need my veil and accessories for my trial run?

This is preferred but not needed.

 

Do I need to collect images of styles that I like?

If you’d like me to do something I find beautiful I can. If you’d like to bring some inspiration pictures you can do that for reference.

 

Do bridesmaids and moms need a trial?

No this is not required. They can do a trial as well but not required.

 

What if you’re already booked for my special day?

I have a special team that you would have access to if I am not available all hand selected and the best in Sacramento for your special day.
