Hi Everyone my name is Carlos! I am a licensed cosmetologist with over seven years of experience in the beauty industry. I worked as a make up artist while I obtained the necessary education for my license at the Paul Mitchell Schools system. As a make up artist, I was able to work for two world  renowned  make up brands as a lead makeup artist. I was one of three make up artists in all of Northern California for one brand and I was able to oversee the education of make up artists working at counters as well as the education clients from over 25 stores located in from Sacramento to Fresno areas. The experience abled the achievement of my next milestone of becoming the make up specialist for Paul Mitchel the School Sacramento, where I educated aspiring future professionals. Things took off after I became an educator at Paul Mitchell. Shortly after becoming the make up specialist, I was flown out to Chicago where I trained to become a hair color specialist for Paul Mitchell. 

 

I rented chairs in different salons while I worked as an educator, which allowed me to service and develop my clientele. I love being a teacher, but I also love doing hair! 

 

 

In January 2022, I received the keys to my own salon located in the Old Sacramento. Opening my own salon has enabled me to continue to educate others but under my own name. I provide in-person, hands-on, education with many aspects related to advanced hair color theory, blondes, extension work, weddings, and business development.

 

Another recent milestone that I am proud of is being credited as one of the hair artists in a recently published edition of Real Weddings Magazine. 

 

I care about my clients and as such, I provide solutions to whatever hair issues they may be experiencing. I specialize in blondes, balayages, color, hair extensions, and wedding hair.

 

My mission is to provide the best service and experience possible so that you feel comfortable returning to my chair. My salon allows for a private, one-on-one appointment where you can relax knowing you hair is in good hands as a result of my years of experience and knowledge in all things hair and beauty. I enjoy getting to my clients and feel that I have accompanied many through their hair (and life) journeys.
